Dr. Giuseppe Marano is a dentist based in Rome, Italy, with a strong focus on implant dentistry, digital workflows, and patient-centered care. He is the founder of Marano Dental Experience®, a modern dental clinic designed to combine clinical excellence with a highly empathetic and comfortable patient journey.
His clinical approach is guided by the Metodo Piuma®, a philosophy centered on minimally invasive dentistry, attention to patient emotions, and advanced pain control protocols, including the routine use of conscious sedation with nitrous oxide. Dr. Marano has extensive experience in implantology and prosthetic rehabilitation, with particular expertise in digitally guided implant surgery, immediate loading protocols, and full-arch rehabilitations. His workflow integrates state-of-the-art technologies such as intraoral scanning (iTero), 3D printing, and digital smile design, ensuring precision, predictability, and efficient treatment timelines.
He is an active member of the international dental community and part of the Align Global Faculty, contributing to education and clinical training in digital orthodontics and interdisciplinary treatment planning. He is also actively involved in scientific and cultural activities within professional organizations.
